Welcome to iDataCode! These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of our web application and services ("Services"), accessible at https://idatacode.com, which allow you to generate AAMVA PDF417 barcodes based on data you provide. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Your use of the Services, including entering any data, clicking "Generate barcode," or making a purchase, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services Description
iDataCode specializes in the generation of AAMVA PDF417 barcodes. Users can input data to generate these barcodes within a session.
Workflow Description:
Users can enter their data without registration and check their technical validity. To generate a barcode:
- Users first insert the Package Code into the "Generate barcode" page, see the available count of barcodes, and press the "Generate barcode" button.
- If the user does not have a Package Code or their previous code is exhausted, they must go to the "Store" page, select one of the available packages (1 barcode or 10 barcodes), and proceed with payment.
- After payment, a unique Package Code containing the purchased amount of barcodes is generated and displayed on the screen. Users are responsible for copying this Package Code and saving it on their local device.
- Each barcode within a Package has a reserve attempt which users can use in case of a mistake to generate another barcode free of charge.
3. User Responsibilities
- Data Input: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the Service. Our app only validates the format of provided data, not the content's sense or legality. You must ensure that you have the legal rights and permissions to use the data you input.
- Data Submission: After entering any text data in the data elements, you must explicitly submit the data using the button at the bottom of each data set. If you attempt to navigate away or leave the page without submitting, a warning window will appear, prompting you to either submit or reject the changes before proceeding.
- Barcode Validation: iDataCode does not guarantee that AAMVA PDF417 barcodes generated by our Services will be recognized by any authority or third party. We are not responsible for any issues arising from unrecognized barcodes.
- Package Code and Token: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Package Code and personal token you receive, which allows you to access specific functionalities of our Services. If you lose your Package Code or personal token, it cannot be recovered, and no compensation or refund will be provided. This is clearly stated in these Terms, which are accepted by all customers upon using the Service.
4. Guest Account Usage
- Guest Access: You may use our Services as a guest without creating a login or account. As a guest user, you can access and utilize the Services, but certain features or functionalities may be limited compared to registered users.
- Guest Data Handling: Data entered during a guest session will not be stored permanently on our servers. You are responsible for managing and securing any data generated or downloaded during your guest session.
- No User Account: By using the Services as a guest, you acknowledge that you will not have access to account-related features such as saved sessions or purchase history. Any data associated with guest access will not be recoverable after the session ends.

- Non-Refundable Purchases Due to Lost Tokens or Package Codes: If a customer loses their personal token or Package Code after purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to keep them secure. We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost tokens or Package Codes, as this responsibility is clearly outlined in the Terms of Use.
